Beliau juga merupakan anggota aktif dari Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia dan Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia.Doly Fajar Damanik is an Audit Partner at Nexia KPS. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economy majoring Accounting from the reputable University of Indonesia in 2002. Doly Fajar Damanik has a broad exposure to state-owned companies, private companies, multi national, regional and national companies, with various type of business from financial services to plantations, from general trading to integrated manufacturing companies. He is also an active member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Indonesian Insitute of Accountants.

Doly Fajar Damanik has joined the firm as a Partner since late 2019. Previously worked also as partner at Anwar & Rekan, member firm of DFK International, and about 16 years experience working at Ernst & Young Indonesia. Currently Doly Fajar Damanik is present as Audit Partner.
